A course on justice and arbitrary detention, covering submissions to judicial bodies, internal affairs offices, the CNJ, the CNMP and the Brazilian Bar Association, as well as to international bodies such as the OAS Human Rights Commission and the United Nations Human Rights Council.
The programme also covers the concepts and definitions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, equipping lawyers and graduates in law and related fields.
Arbitrary Detention — 40 hours — Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 7pm to 10pm.
Duration: 2 months (10 sessions). Starting 14 August 2023.
