The Institute for Human Security for Latin America and the Caribbean (ISHALC) signed a cooperation agreement on 17 March 2020 with the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), based in Luxembourg, to deliver specialist and postgraduate courses in compliance and the fight against corruption through the Human Security University, the educational centre run by ISHALC.
